Cancellation Policy

Be sure you are solid on your plans before making reservations.  The first night (including reservation fee) is nonrefundable regardless of when cancellation is made.

Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the reservation arrival date.  Holidays require two weeks notice of cancellation.  If cancellation is made within this timeframe, camper will receive a refund for their stay minus the first night charge and reservation fee.  If site is cancelled within one week of reservation, or within two weeks for holiday reservations, no refund will be given.

The system will autocharge the guest the remaining balance 7 days prior to arrival.   

Cancellation must be made before the 7 day prior to reservation charge is made.  Once the charge is made 7 days prior to the reservation, guests are responsible for the full price of the reservation with no refunds.
