Thank you for your review! We're thrilled to hear that you found our staff to be so awesome! That kind of hospitality is exactly what we strive for. Regarding the suggestion for an off-season rate, we appreciate your input. As a seasonal campground, we're only open during certain months when weather permits. This means we don't have year-round rates like some other campgrounds do. However, we do offer competitive pricing for our peak season. Thank you again for your kind words and feedback!

Thank you for your review! Our staff loves nothing more than helping guests have an incredible time. We can't wait to welcome you back for another adventure!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry our Halloween event didn't meet your expectations. We typically offer food trucks and activities for all ages, including a haunted hayride and trails. While it may have seemed quiet, many families enjoyed the activities each day. We take customer service issues seriously and will address them with our staff. If you'd like to discuss further, please contact us directly. We value every guest and hope to serve you better in the future.

We apologize that some aspects didn't meet your expectations. Regarding food truck locations, we offer our vendors flexibility to choose spots for maximum visibility. We'll review our layout to ensure adequate seating near all stations. Concerning visitor fees, we strive to balance accessibility with maintaining our facilities. We understand this can be inconvenient for brief visits. Your input is very valuable to us as we continually work to improve the guest experience!

Thank you for sharing such kind words! We're glad you felt welcome and had a great time. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear the picnic table on your site was in poor condition. We're actively upgrading all of the picnic tables on our legacy side of the park - whoo hoo! We hope you'll give us another chance to show you our improved facilities.

Thanks for highlighting our awesome amenities! We're so glad our friendly staff and seasonal guests made you feel welcome. Can't wait to have you back for more fun in the sun!
