A friendly and well run campground -- a good place for people to stay who are going to visit the sites of Acadia. Not five stars as a tenting experience because they are small tent sites compared with what I am used to at campgrounds elsewhere – not much woods to buffer between sites for privacy.

The facilities were very well set up with convenient locations for the pool, laundry and the ice cream shop!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Bar Harbor Campground. The shuttle bus stop at the campground made everything extra convenient. The campground itself was wonderfully shaded and the pool was a great perk after a day of hiking. The staff were super friendly and very acommodating. 10/10 recommend this campground!

Campground was clean, convenient, and had a great dog walk trails. Quiet time at 10 pm was really actually quiet unlike other campgrounds.

Everything was right. The campground is clean and organized and my spot was level. It’s close to everything in Bar harbor. I loved that the office explained about the free park transportation when I checked in and gave me the maps and schedule and explained things I needed to know. I plan to stay here again soon.

Just a fantastic campground. The free Island Shuttle stops right at the campground and makes it so easy to get to all the various spots you want to see while you’re there!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is great, the campsites were nice. The bathroom facilities were really good for a campground, the showers were clean and had good water pressure.

Location is perfect. The free buses stop right at the entrance. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our site E4 was good but the table sat on a slant. Facilities were clean great laundry room.

Worked out perfectly for us! The people are amazing and very helpful! Having the explore busses pick us up at the campground and take us anywhere we needed to go was awesome! The campground is kept up really well, cleanest showers we've seen so far! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful campground! Office staff were very helpful and friendly! Alan meet us at our site and helped get us level! Heated pool with a gorgeous view of the coast. Highly recommend this campground!

Very nice campground! Very clean. I was camp in Loop N. The assigned site was a bit too small, they let change to a larger site-no problem. The restroom was very clean. Showers are a bit small and costs .25 for 5 minutes. Water is very hot. Staff was very nice. Laundry facility is great! I would definitely come back.
