It was very nice

Kids enjoyed the pool but it closed early.Sites are small.Could hear the traffic on 79 all night long.

Super nice people, great park. And, it was a super busy weekend! Three people on the check-in desk to keep the waiting time down. Nice gift for the Fathers on Father’s Day. Sites are very close together, but fellow guests were super nice! One turned his lights on to help us when we pulled in late one night. We will return.

Sites too small even though macadam. Space alongside camper was very small and had tree roots. Fire ring is just a tire rim. Electric problem reported but never addressed. Had to use nearby site electric. Sites are on hill.

Delightful staff, relaxing environment, well-equipped store, beautiful views, creative events for the whole campground to experience and great memories!

Friendly, courteous staff, campground was super clean, facilities were also very clean and close to pretty much anywhere within the camp. I would very highly recommend this campground to anyone!! And I will be returning!

The manager and other employees were very friendly and helpful. After some restless days and nights in Pittsburgh, bear run was a lovely retreat. Lake Arthur is clear, of great temperature, large and close to the campground. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The site was beautiful, the staff was amazing, so many activities for every age group for my kids, but was upset that the trout pond seemed to have no fish in it, 6 of us fished it all weekend and not a single fish, and no sightings either, was there no restock?

A little highway noise but otherwise great campground. Anything you might need is in the camp store. Bathrooms clean. Showers exceptional. Very friendly and helpful woman in the store. Headed for the coffee pot and was told — “let me make you a fresh pot”.

The staff was nice and the facilities were clean. Location is convenient right off I-79. The campsites are packed in tight on a hill side so it feels cramped and lacks privacy. There is little room to set up anything other than your awning and picnic table. There are lots of seasonal sites on top of the hill. Fortunately we were there early and there weren’t many people around. I can imagine on a nice summer weekend the place is a zoo!

I’ve stayed in the a/c cabin and others when I travel. I wanted to find a new place. I sure am glad I did. Clean comfortable and extremely relaxing. This is my top stay at to get away place. Great people great campers.

We love camping at Bear Runand have several times. This time was a holiday weekend and was way to crowded! Some of the sites are just too small and too close together. Takes the “camp” out of camping. It didn’t have any wilderness or outdoorsy appeal just wall to wall campers and vehicles.
