CAMP at Newfound Lake — Reviews

The location was perfect & close to why we were in that area to camp. Many sites are pull thru, well lit hook up post. Level sites, but kind closer together w/ little to no trees/ bushes between next site. Unfortunately there were a few grown adult seasonal campers that found it necessary to blast their music and singing along. Hey I'm all for enjoying your music but their volume was far louder than necessary & showed little regard/ respect for other campers. So listening to our own music was not possible. This campground REALLY would benefit from a pool. There was no water access to the local lake, as local state park books up quickly & no available parking there. Workers we interacted with seemed nice & willing to help answer any questions. If there was a pool I would've given a higher rating & consider going back another time. It was very hot and humid all 6 days we were there and no place to cool off.

The CampGround is extremely affordable. The Staff is very friendly and professional. The grounds, bathrooms and showers were the cleanest I have ever seen anywhere. It was close to many great attractions. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

I camped at one of tent spots (site A) in the back of the campground by the creek. The site was large and with fire pit and picnic table. Clean bathrooms and showers with laundry room as well. The owners were very attentive and quick to respond to any requests. John came to my site in a golf cart and rode me back to the office to get detergent, then back to my site to get clothes and back to laundry facilities. Thank you all for making my trip a memorable one.

Beautiful camping spot with very clean facilities (bathrooms and showers), friendly and helpful staff, great games rooms for rainy days and dog sfriendly.

The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. They are under new ownership and have done an amazing job revamping the place. The lodge was a great place to hangout and the bathrooms/showers were clean and new. Also the wifi reached to our tent spot which was impressive!

We found Newfound Lake RV Park campground to be quiet, relaxing, very well maintained with sites that are clean with plenty of room for our RV and car. The park is perfectly located across from one of the most beautiful lakes in N.H. with such a variety of attractions within a reasonable drive time. The owners, Bobby and Anita genuinely care about your stay and are so accommodating and friendly. ( They will deliver your camp fire wood any time ) We have a new favorite campground. Thank you for the survey.

Nice park with clean facilities. Staff was super friendly and are onsite 24/7. Easy to navigate our 38' 5th wheel to our site, and saw numerous big rigs navigate with ease as well. Pool table and ping-pong tables in the Rec room were fun to use as well. Park is not far from Newfound Lake.

The park was nice but the spaces were a bit close together, and we were unable to log into the wifi. That’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars. However we liked the park, it was very clean, the staff was nice and the bathrooms, showers and laundry were very well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, clean campground with friendly staff. Had sight 19 right up against the brook so my dog could play in the water. Only stayed one night this time but have stayed longer a month ago will be back again.

My wife and myself absolutely fell in love with the place. It was very organized. Check-in and out was a breeze. Everyone was very friendly and very respectful of others. We had an absolute blast. Since we just brought our coach and had no tow behind, we walked to the Newfound Country Store daily which is about 1.5 miles round trip. That’s a must stop also! Overall, definitely a 5 star spot to stop in. The only thing that was a bummer was the WiFi didn’t work for us. Not a big deal since we were only there for the weekend, but keep that in mind. Regardless of where you are in the campground, cell service is poor to where there is very little to no data transmission like FaceTime or YouTube. We will absolutely be back soon!

Such an amazing, clean place. The tent site was right on the creek. Bathrooms, showers and a Rec room. Laundry and a sink for dishes was always good to use. Will definitely come back again.

Great primitive tent site by a moving brook and we discovered it has minnows. Bathroom are spic and span and they have a play ground too.

We had a blast! The camp is well maintained, lots of amenities and the owners are extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely be camping here again!
