We had a wonderful stay at Colonial Woods Campground! It’s clean, peaceful, and very family-friendly. The kids loved the swimming pools and playgrounds, and we really enjoyed the mini golf. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of activities for the whole family. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

For 2 days, the hottest 2 days of the year the power which I paid for was out. No water, no bathrooms because they all run electricity. Could not run my fan for 2 days. The family next to me had small children who cried non-stop. We paid for the electricity but we were not comped for the loss. I was told I could go to the main office to cool off. They had AC but the campers nothing. Not a nice camping trip at all.

Might be an East Coast thing, but the camping spots are tight, and hard to back in trailers, and right on top of one another. Have to be a competent driver if you have 30ft trailer or bigger. Have found this at other campgrounds in area. Nice facilities if you have kids, plenty to do for them. Only showers were at office. Did have bathroom close by, they were clean and well maintained. Laundry room was clean and nice also. Office was well stocked with supplies if you needed anything.

Location is awesome! Everyone that works here is super kind and helpful. Checking is simple. The grounds are beautiful.

Beautiful weed campground. There is not much to do in the town although we did visit Alba winery, which was delightful. If you like to hike, this would be a great place to stay. The campsites are covered in gravel and the roads are paved, making it nice

We really enjoyed our stay! Pool is large and so well kept. Caught lots of sunnies in the pond. A lot of seasonal campers there who all know the campground, but we were confused driving through campground. Very friendly staff.

The best campsite I've ever been to! We rented a cabin for 2 nights. Very good conditions, clean, comfortable! Large pool and even a spa! Friendly and welcoming campsite staff! All these factors made our vacation unforgettable and wonderful!

Very over crowded, granted we stayed on a holiday weekend, but surprised they let so many people stay. However, the amenities we did use were nice, the staff was sweet and accommodating and the activities for the kids were okay. I will say, if you arrive in the dark or in a torrential down pour like we did it's near impossible to find your site, ask them to take you there.

Weather put a damper on things. I felt they could have switched things around like run a movie or something at night. The walk way to the pond needs some TLC. Having sewer hook up would make this place so much better. But overall we keep going back
