its a nice little campground where the camp host leave you alone and the showers are hot and clean. They made some changes for the better and it shows!

What a great park. Stayed on our way out west to visit family and see the Grand Canyon. Liked it so much we just booked for our return trip.

The park is beautiful, rv spots are right on the lake. Bathrooms and showers were very clean.

The camp host in ash was very rude and disrespectful. Made my girlfriend’s kid cry and also was very rude to her. Never will be back.

This is a hidden gem! Beautiful mature trees offered shade on most lots and almost all are on the water. There are hiking trails and many campers were fishing. Some of the sights were rather close, but it was very quiet when we were there.

I was visiting from out-of-state, and I have never seen a county park so beautiful. The park is well-maintained, clean, and the camp hosts were welcoming and friendly.

The camp sites were OK, but getting in and out of the sites over the weekend got a little tricky. Also plan on using the shower and restroom facilities if you go, since the camper and RV dump station is very ill placed. Besides this, the frontier village and Griffen bike park are awesome! And although I didn't get a chance to, the fishing appeared really good too.

Park is well maintained and restrooms clean. Only issue wasn’t directly park issue unless security works nights also. There was a large dog and a smaller one that started barking at one AM for 45 min solid. Then again and again for about 20 min intervals till sunrise on Friday night. That needed addressed.

Lots of waterfront sites where you can just drop a line in the water then sit back and relax. We only stayed one night due to scheduling but we could have easily stayed three or four. It’s a great relaxing getaway! I don’t think there was wify but cell service was great. Previous reports of homeless o longer true but sites were a little small. Our rig is 45’ but we managed to back up into a nice spot.

We stayed in the River Birch Area, spot number 7. It was simply perfect. Inches from the lake, frogs croaking and chirping, camp fires reflecting on the water. Online check in was easy and getting to our spot was fast. The playground was loved by all the kids with us ranging from 7-12. The Pioneer Village was great to walk through and again the kids loved it too.
