Noticeable difference in campground management this year. Not much presence around which is different than last year. Bathrooms only maintained once a day isn’t enough on a packed weekend. No toilet paper, floors covered and shower had trash everywhere Friday morning. Vibe was way different this year. Needs more daily upkeep and staff presence to keep things clean and safe.

Thank you for staying with us. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy. We visit the baths 3 times daily during high season, but an issue can occur moments after a visit, so you must have experienced that issue. The bath discussed has 4 stalls, so while one may have run out of paper, there were 3 other stalls with paper. Your visit was during the Fourth of July holiday weekend, so that was the largest number of visitors during the season. We have had wonderful feedback about the bath cleanliness.

The shrubs/bushes need to be trimmed back so you can move your camper without scratching it. This camp ground is not big rig friendly.

Thank you for staying with us. We are sorry if you experienced this issue during your stay. Bush and tree trimming is an ongoing process that we attend to throughout the season, so we are sorry if you encountered any problem. All of the big rigs actually stay in the open field area near the front of the campground, so there are no trees or bushes to cause a problem.

We had a fantastic time and a great campsite! Everything was so clean and well managed! I camped here over 20 years ago and it was good but then it changed hands and went down and we stopped going… we saw that it had changed ownership hands and decided to try it again and we were so happy we did!

Nice campground close to tons of trails, I recommend the further sites for privacy. Very clean bathroom and showers. No electric hookups in the far sites (36) so bring a battery, beautiful country and camp grounds.

Beautiful site! No cell service from way in the back, but we valued privacy and limited road noise over that. Showers were clean and free. Roads have some large rocks which made me nervous driving my sedan over them (have bottomed out before but thankfully I drove during daylight and knew where they were come nightfall). A big drawback is the store prices. Wood and ice are VERY expensive here. $9 for barely a cubic foot and $3.50 for 5lbs. We went on FB marketplace and found cheaper bundles, so if you plan to burn a fire for longer than an hour definitely search that out. Missing opportunity is to have a pool in the big field out front. We will definitely return and would book the same site because we were able to see the stars at night while sitting next to our campfire.

The sites were well maintained and in a beautiful location. Booking was so easy and the camp store and sports options were a big hit with the kids!
