Take a short 10 minute walk along a gravel road to a beautiful overlook, looking over Fort Ann and the surrounding mountains. Take a half a mile hike up a dirt road to a second lookout with expansive views of the Adirondack mountains. Located only 20 minutes to the village of Lake George and 40 minutes to Saratoga. The property is located on the Champlain Canalway bike trail, also known as the Empire State Trail, which offers 750 miles of bike trails connecting New York City to Canada and Buffalo. The Cabin accommodates up to four guests, featuring a bunk bed with a Queen-sized bed and a single bed on top. The living area includes a futon couch for additional sleeping space. Additionally, the cabin offers a private bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette stocked with eating and cooking utensils, a small oven, and a sitting area. Outside, guests have access to their own fire pit and picnic table. The cabin is situated within the 20-site campground and is dog friendly!

Lodge
The Lodge sleeps 9 people and is dog friendly. There are three bedrooms and a loft area for sleeping. These bedrooms include one master with a king bed and private bathroom. Two bedrooms have a queen bed and the loft has three single beds. The Lodge includes a private Game Room with ping pong, air hockey, shuffle board, pool table, bumper pool as well as plenty of board games. The game room has double doors that lead to an outdoor sitting area with a fire pit. There is also an 80 foot private deck off the house that is a great place for a morning coffee or an afternoon sunbathe.
