About

If you're looking for an amazing and unique getaway in Ontario, look no further than Hammond Hill, the first eco-experience and wilderness retreat of its kind in Canada. Featuring campsites, cabins, and yurts nestled in 62 acres of mature woodlands. Hammond Hill is an environmentally sustainable retreat for families across the region. Enjoy all the on-site amenities including; beer garden, beach volleyball, yoga in the forest, wedding venues, and more. Book your spot today!

Psst! Listen up, fellow wanders! Our beloved campground recently had a not-so-pleasant encounter with a mischievous windstorm back in May 2022. Mother Nature can be quite the prankster, right? Anyway, as we speak, you might spot some eco-friendly cleanup and construction gear scattered about. But fret not, my eco-warrior friends! We're on a mission to restore Hammond Hill to its green glory, just for you and our fellow nature lovers. If you have any concerns or burning questions, don't hesitate to hit us up directly at info@hammondhill.ca . Together, we'll make this place a sustainable paradise again!

We chose this spot last minute on our drive to the east coast. It did not disappoint! The welcome was friendly, and the grounds were environmentally loved. The park for my 2.5 year old was perfect and there's lost of care within the trails on the property. We would love to come back and experience Hammond Hills tiny home during the Winter months!

No showers on site. There is no place to wash your hands after using the porta potties. There was a very rude woman who was there the entire time. One morning we observed her storming around kicking boxes. We basically treated this place as a place to stay. Spent the majority of our time at families and then would only come back to sleep. I think eventually this would be a wonderful place to stay. But it’s just not there yet.
