Kings Bay Campground, located in Champlain, New York, is undergoing renovations to transform the former Kings Bay Resort into a premier camping destination. The campground offers 177 sites equipped with water, sewer, and electric connections, accommodating tents, RVs, and mobile homes. Guests can enjoy approximately 1,800 feet of waterfront, featuring one of the few sand beaches on Lake Champlain's New York side. Recreational amenities include a heated outdoor pool, clubhouse with arcade games, and various sports facilities. Additionally, the adjacent Kings Bay Wildlife Management Area provides opportunities for hiking, fishing, and wildlife observation.     Fantastic!

    Very nice campground on the lake. We had a level gravel site with FHU and 50 amps. The campground is only a few miles from the border and less than an hour to Montréal. For those that use them, the bathrooms and laundry are well maintained and clean. Wi-Fi was great and our site was satellite friendly. The camp host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He accommodated us with extending our stay heading into a holiday weekend. Oh…and there’s free firewood delivered to site daily if you use the provided wood the nite before. Only negative I can think of was the distance to the pedestal. We made it work but took extra hose and running electrical under coach. Camped in 40 foot class A towing.
