I had booked 2 cottages for my family. There were 4kids and 4 adults. There was no hot water available. We complained at the reception about this and nobody even cared to get it fixed. Secondly, in of the gas, the propane gas tank was empty and thus we couldn't even have cooking gas on. No maintenance staff at the property was present. So insensitive that no hot was available.

No service , no help, no response had a power issue on my site, it fried my inverter inside my camper and Management has yet to call me let aline take responsibility! very unprofessional

Nothing was mentioned to us about everything being closed for our honeymoon stay. Restaurant, pool, hot tub all closed. $20 charge for using bathroom. $20 charge for getting a entry key to return to campsite. We were disappointed.
