Lake Wapusun RV Resort — Reviews

Crowded - hard to park. Some campers using sites that they shouldn’t have been in - better direction needed. Trailers and trucks parked everywhere

The onsite manager was very friendly and accommodating. He went the extra mile by putting us in one of their full service permanent spots for our visit. Facilities were clean.

Some of your permanent seasonal guests have pretty slummy trailers giving a not desirable vibe.

Overall Lake Wapusun RV Resort was very nice. I would stay again but in a different campsite. The one we stayed in had stones for the pad. They are larger than normal and it made it difficult to walk around or get our camp table level for cooking etc. also, 2 of the 3 clothes dryers didn’t work. Overall it is a beautiful campground with lots of activities.

Last minute idea that was very peaceful and quiet. The cabin was perfect and my husband and I enjoyed fishing during our stay. Would definitely recommend this family friendly campground during the summer. Summer resident and staff were very friendly

The campground itself was fine, but the restrooms/ showers were much below my expectations. While they were not necessarily dirty, they are old and needing attention. There are large cracks in the floor. They could really use some kind of air circulation. It was very hot and stifling with no air flow.

I gave it a 4 because there was no heater inside the tent—nights got pretty cold! Everything else was great, but that part made it a bit less comfortable.

The cabin was exactly what we needed after long days at a festival. They had to still be under renovations and in the process of upgrading when we stayed, as multiple outlets didn’t work, they replaced our fridge, and the private bathroom in the cabin was unavailable to us at the time. I hope the renovations/upgrades go well, as I’ll definitely consider this place for next year as well. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating and willing to work and help with each thing that went awry during our stay.

The showers/ bathrooms need to be updated or fixed. No hot water, the shower head doesn’t actually spray you, it’s goes all over the place. Needs to be a drain outside of the shower as well in the stall to drain dirty water. Other than that, the stay was very nice and the clamping was perfect for the little get away.
