618 has a sewer smell I believe due to air pipes close by. Although incline was not as steep as others we had a hard time getting the camper level. The use of golf carts especially on weekends is over kill. They were constantly driving around and around. Consideration of others is not enforced as far as loud music. Grass was tall when got there. Have to pay for shower. Site is a ways away from office, playground, pools. Seemed mostly seasonal. However the bathrooms were close and clean, nice scenery, there is trash pickup. We were mostly satisfied except for smell and weekend cart traffic.

Lone Oaks is a happy and welcoming place to camp and spend quality time with fiends and family. The staff is caring and friendly. We had a great time.
