Great location and facilities! Very dog friendly. We stayed in the E row. This area was very tight to back in because of a ditch on the side of the road. I had to use 4 wheel drive to navigate that. Also the sites are very close together in this location. There are sites that are not so cramped, I would try to book one of these in the future.

Staff was great, loved the pickle ball court. The camp site was too small and the access road to the site was too narrow and very difficult to maneuver the rig. All of the bigger sites were booked. I would stay there again if I could get a bigger site.

Grass was not cut. No activities planned for adults except a 3:00 bingo and karaoke which by the way started late. We went on time and no one was there…asked to rent a golf cart for Sunday and Monday but was told they were all reserved. Sunday there were 30 unrented golf carts on the lot??

We found the campground to be very well maintained and the views were amazing! Everyone was friendly, the only issue that we found was the main store was under staffed, they only had one person working the store and it caused the store to really get backed up with people. We do look forward to going back.

Overall it was great, the park was new and clean and the kids loved the playground and BMX bike course. I was irritated because the pool was listed as closed online (so we didn’t bring swimsuits) but was open when we got there. It was just the slide that was closed. 🤦🏽‍♀️ The bath houses were super nice on Friday, but as the weekend went on, I found them to get dirtier and dirtier. Showers had hairballs in them, sinks had dirt on the counter, floors were gritty and even a cigarette butt in one.

VERY nice resort with the most beautiful pool and entertainment complex! Everything was clean and staff was friendly. Great trails and access to the Shenandoah River for tubing. Only bad thing was our site was muddy with very little grass and right across from the dumpsters. Could not really enjoy being outside because of the little black gnats and view of the dumpsters! Rented a golfcart and that was fun driving all over the trails plus then the bugs couldn't get you.
