    We loved camping here. We stayed in a primitive tent spot and had an amazing time experiencing the total eclipse. The staff was so kind and friendly. It was our first time to Kentucky and we loved it.

    Moffit Lake was perfect for what I was looking for. I found a place to set up my tent on the lake bank complete with wildflowers. I loved how quiet the area was and thankful that gas powered boat motors were not allowed. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very nice.

    We were very fortunate to find Moffit Lake to view the eclipse. As beautiful as it is quiet. Clean bathrooms - the entire property is very well maintained, can't wait for my next visit.

    The property was beautiful! The managers of the facilities, Tammy and Jerry, were very friendly and helpful. My wife and I enjoyed tent camping right by the water and watching the eclipse. The fishing was so fun! Can't wait to come back with the kids and the dogs!

    Moffit Lake was even better than we expected! Cabin 13 was great! New, very clean well equipped for our stay. Great staff, all very friendly who were very helpful. Very relaxing! Highly recommend!

    Travelling from GA for the 2024 Eclipse, we stayed in the bunk house which was very close to the restrooms. There was even a playground nearby with swings! We were able to leisurely enjoy the pavilion near us. We walked around the entire camp. The office even had several provisions you could purchase since there was not a Walmart or Dollar General nearby. The only thing I would suggest is installing a walk board path for dogs in the metal bridge going to the middle of the lake. The grates seem to hurt their paws. Other than that one observation, it was really a terrific place to spend a few days. And it wasn't gouged up in price like some places had. Would def go back if in the area in the future.

    Everyone was super nice and friendly. The area was cleaned and kept up nice. It was very relaxing. The bath house that we used was very clean and it stayed warm during the night.

    The owners/mgmt super friendly! Very accommodating. Campground is beautiful. Even other campers were friendly and respectful! Definitely recommend and will certainly be back!
