Vigo County really needs to so something with those ponds! Mosquitoes were crazy!!! Along with other flying bugs! Couldn't stand to be out when sun started to set, and we had plenty of bug spray!!

Best place to stay in Indiana. It’s quiet, the staff and host are very nice and are there if you need help with anything. They have the cleanest shower facility as they take pride in making sure that it is clean and sanitary. We have traveled all over the US and this is definitely our go to place when we visit Indiana.

We were pleasantly surprised. The campground was clean and quiet for a weekday. Enjoyed a hike on some of the trails throughout the park and the old grow forests.

This is a quiet, peaceful park. It was such a welcome change from interstate travel. Our site, #1, was spacious. The road to get there was a bit narrow, but worth the drive.

Low voltage at camp site, had to turn air conditioning off to use microwave or it would trip the breaker.

My brother took his baby and wife home around 10:30pm bc the baby was being fussy and we didn't want her to disturb the campground.. my brother gets back @11:20pm and the gates closed "automatically" at 11pm. They would not let my brother back to the campsite for anything! His name was even on the paper and had my tag hanging on my mirror! They said the arms don't come up to let him in, but my brother motioned his hand by the gate and it came right up!!! They could've let him back there... Had to wake my 2 babies up from a dead sleep bc we had to leave bc they wouldn't let a paying customer back to his campsite!!! That's pretty much theft and withholding his property on the campsite!! Any other campsite we've stayed at they let you come and go as needed! Very unprofessional and chaos for no reason when they could've just motioned the gate to let him back in and go to bed!!!!
