Very good service, helpful and friendly staff. The wifi was expensive and we kept getting kicked out of the connection. Otherwise good.

We were overcharged!!! Other campers my wife spoke with at the pool (adult pool was ok but kids pool looked dingy) are paying $70/night. We paid over $182 for the 2 nights. $91+/night due to their inept website which is unresponsive and difficult to navigate. Yet, no response to our concerns after discussing with the office personnel. I called Kenorus' Office as their site was down and was told about their 2 night minimum. As I was unable to book on line I opted to drive up and pay at the Office. When we arrived they were closed. Their site would not allow me to book 2 nights at one time. Only one niight at a premium and therefore having to go in and book the 2nd night and pay double fees and the highest rate. The power kept cutting off and we needed A/C to keep our pet cool. We picked a premium 50 amp site for this purpose.
