The campsites are way too close together. The rules are not enforced. They don't enforce quiet hours.

There are a lot of amenities we went on a holiday weekend and it was packed. It looked like maybe they had an issue with the septic field leaking into the road. The bathrooms we pretty dirty and the lights over the showers sometimes work. The staff... We're ok, not super friendly.

There was a constant flow of water on our site #3. Was told it rained real hard night before. It was worse the morning we left after a weekend of no rain. We had to get an additional site for our tent we were going to use on the site because no way could you or would you have wanted to pitch a tent in the mud and flowing water. We were not offered a discount for the extra site when asked. Big disappointment and I felt really sorry for the tent on site 2 that had to endure the mud and water. You should disclose this situation to future renters. Otherwise we had a nice stay

The quiet hours aren't inforced here . The store/ office was not open at posted open times . The bathrooms were clean the view was nice but this place was loud .

Campsite beside us playing/singing very vulgar songs. I believe they are listed as a family friendly campground. They are selling unseasoned firewood, unable to light with charcoal lighter fluid. I mentioned this to the office and made no attempt to refund/exchange. For the third time out of four that I've stayed the hot tub has been down. Someone was driving a golfcart around at around 11:00 at night with bright lights on that was shining into campers.
