Booked park on short notice, when I got an unexpected week off from work. Sites are large, and very important for those of us with larger units is that they trim the branches a solid 18-20 feet up, so basically if you don't hit the trunk, the tree doesn't hit your camper. My 5th wheel is 13'5" tall , 43 feet long so I can't just dodge branches, but here I don't need to. Pretty awesome. Sites are all 30 Amp, which is noted online. I just use a 30A to 50A adapter and run my fridge and hot water off propane instead of electric and that frees up enough amps to be able to run two ACs and normal house loads. They have propane by the gallon on site, and priced very reasonably. Under $20 to fill my 30# tank that was down to 15% or so. Just over 5 gallons. Tree shade helps with using 2 vs 3 ACs. There's a river section/beach area and pool, horseshoe pits and probably some other stuff we didn't see. (We tend to be just sleep/eat at camper people, out doing stuff during the day. Very clean. The staff is constantly upgrading fences, cleaning up the grounds, the owners are fixing it up for sure. Most of the sites do have utility poles at the very "back" of the site, so if you have a longer unit like ours with utilities about 2/3 of the way forward, just be prepared. We have heavy duty 50A extension cords and 50 foot hoses (black and fresh) so no problem just be aware. I could have backed up 10 feet and not used it but then Id be dropping my ramp (toy hauler) in the road. We ended up here because they had openings on short notice, and didn't know what to expect. It has been a very pleasant experience! We will be back.
