It was great to get outdoors, the staff is very friendly and easy going.

Beautiful and well kept park. The lake is peaceful and clean, with a nice beach area. The washrooms and laundry area is exceptionally clean. Staff are so accommodating and very friendly. First time there and will be going every year! Thanks for a great family trip!

We had a great vacation at Roots RV Resort. We were able to have a waterfront lot that was fabulous. The resort managers and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely go again.

The staff and view from lakeside were great. The manager has been in her position for a short while but was very friendly and helpful. The camp itself had only been open a couple of weeks so everyone was working to clean up after winter so it wasn’t as tidy as it could be. Washrooms were well maintained. My disappointment was that the photos on Campspot when we booked were far from reality. We booked the full service premium site. The photos show a deck which didn’t exist. The ground was mud and sand and very uneven. We bottomed out our motorhome climbing the bank to get onto it. The sewer supply which was advertised wasn’t there, we only had gray water and had to use the dump area near the washrooms when we left. We left 2 days early as with oncoming rain, we weren’t sure we wouldn’t bog down on the way out so lost out cash wise. I think they have plans going forward to improve the entire campground but it’s a couple of years away. Until then we won’t be back. Campspot really need to vet the campsites they market to prevent false advertising which this clearly was.
