Location in the Hocking Hills region is good. Bathrooms were clean and staff was friendly. But our site (153) was so uneven, I could not get level with all my stackers and ramps. Site was also across the street from the dump station and the first 2 days brought frequent wafts of sewage smell to our camp site. Picnic tables were old, warped and splintered. Showers were sketchy with no water temp control, and only ran while you held in the control button, requiring one-handed washing and rinsing. Desperately needs some updates and upgrades.

Camp ground was clean and easy to navigate. Staff was friendly and we felt safe to let our kiddos run and play. Wi-Fi in the arcade barn was very helpful. We had the best time!

We enjoyed our stay. As with any campground; some spots are far superior to others. We had a full hook up. The spot (173) was easy to get into, level, and over looked the lake and field. The kids loved the arcade. I wish the playground was closer to the camper end of the campground.

The staff were great and the convenance of being able to access the state park trails from the camp grounds makes this one we will be back to.

My son and I had an amazing and peaceful stay that was their first weekend of the season. Got to bring my fur baby Cannoli 7 yr old Beagle she also thoroughly enjoyed her stay and brought joy to all who met her. The bathroom was very clean and showers also very clean and water temps were perfect. Staff and owners were very helpful and very kind. Would recommend this private camp to family and friends for an enjoyable stay and plenty to do at nearby Hocking Hills State Park.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff is awesome! The sites are great! The views priceless! Tons to do, arcade, hikes, pool, games & puzzles!! Truly a terrific vacation!!

This place is simply wonderful, from the amenities to the beautiful scenery. Our hosts, Matthew and Sharon were wonderful and very helpful. The bathrooms were so clean and we had a wonderful experience. We are definitely going back!

Friendly staff and nice trail access to the Buckeye trail. Approximately a 20 minute hike. Some down trees are across the trail, however one can still climb over them. The RV sites are oddly laid out and most are on a slope. Leveling your rig may be difficult. Sites have gravel driveways, but the grass has overgrown through the gravel. It’s time to regrade the sites and lay down more gravel. The electric hook up was 30 amp only., no 15/20 amp outlet. The water hook up was good and sewer hook up was placed in two separate spots on my site. It was convenient to run a ten foot hose. Overall a nice clean place. However, it is time for upgrading. The pool was closed (off season) but appears to need refurbished. Very friendly staff and they will even deliver firewood by request. Thanks

We ended up leaving early. They pack you in like sardines. There was a very large group next to us (like 12 people) and on the other side the couple would have to walk onto our site to get into their storages. Other stayers were not respectful of park rules nor did the park seem to care. Also bring extra leveling blocks as the sites we were around were pretty uneven.

The sites are so compact we had to move our truck multiple times just so the people next to us could get in and out without hitting our truck. Other than that it’s a decent place. Play ground needs a good update but was good.

The little rustic cabin was very cozy. Loved that we could start walking trails right from the campground. Bathrooms were nice, bright, and clean. Can’t wait to go back

It checked all the boxes, helpful staff, clean restrooms and bathhouses. Great sites and friendly people. Really enjoyed our stay!
