Our Lake Front Primitive Cabins include a full bed and set of twin bunk beds. In addition, there is AC, microwave, small refrigerator, and TV. The Primitive Cabins do not have a kitchen or bathroom but are conveniently located next to a clean bath house. Items to bring: Personal necessities, all linens. The Toqua Lake House is a 4 bedroom, and 2 bathroom 2-level home nestled on the hilltop overlooking the Tellico Lake. The Lake House can sleep 12 guests. The main level features a king-size bedroom, queen-size bedroom, full well-stocked kitchen, full bathroom, living room with sofa sleeper and a dining area. The handicap accessible lower level features a king-size bedroom, queen-size bedroom, kitchenette, full bathroom, and living room with a sleeper sofa. In addition, the Lake House has air conditioning, a TV in each bedroom and in each living area, a microwave and refrigerator on each level for your convenience. The home also has a washer and dryer located on the lower level for guest use. All bedding, bath linens, and kitchen linens will be provided. A starter supply of essentials will be provided, including dishwashing liquid and dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Guests will need to bring additional items if more are needed. Additional supplies may be available for purchase at the campground store. The outdoor space features seating areas on the porches and a fire pit. No pets allowed! No smoking! Guests forfeit the $200.00 damage deposit if evidence of either is discovered. The cleaning fee is non-refundable.
