Paid for full hookup ($100/night) and didn’t have sewer, they have wheelers with poop tanks driving around. I paid more here than other places that had more amenities and actual full hookup. I was really hoping this would be one of our always return to sites but for the money you pay it is 100% not worth it.

The owner and staff were all very nice and attentive. Our son loved the playground and game room. The pool was nice and well maintained.

Second year in a row here. This pace is noteworthy. Karl is great and the office staff was friendly and accommodating. Complimentary bag of ice and firewood. We don’t have kids but nice clean pool for them. Live music on Saturday nights. Lake George is short easy drive away. Just all around a good place to stay. Looking forward to next year.

Site was well kept. Accessibility on roads was tight in some areas. Large trees made parking difficult. Restrooms were clean and well maintained.

Place is ugly! So many full-time campers with tons of crap on their site. Most dirty and falling apart. Firepit a mess. Cleaned out the trash. Power and water service pedestal rotted and falling over. No breaker for the power. Always live.
