I was there four days and the bathroom was out of soap the entire visit. The shower stalls were moldy and the shower heads so full of buildup that the spray was not pleasant. Grateful the water was adequately hot and the building warm. The site our friends booked was so uneven that they could not level their RV which required having to move to a different location. Fortunately, there was another spot. The lake view was very beautiful and it was relatively quiet with the exception of barking dogs and folks playing music.

Ideally located, clean, quiet, very pretty surroundings. If you like to fish, this is the perfect place for you. It is located directly across the street from a marina with very good ramps and a sportsman store.

The campground was well kept and the key code made entry very easy. The shower room and restrooms were also nice. WIFI worked well also.

Our site had trash and debris on it when we arrived. That we cleaned up. The 30 amp breaker kept going out for no reason. My husband said it was old and needed replaced.

Had an awesome time at Wax. Even though our site was moved due to circumstances outside of their control, Tyler went above and beyond to get us another site that was just as good as the site we had. We will be back!

Only thing that needs improved on is the overflow/boat trailer parking at the front area. Years in the past, you could back your boat in a space or at least at an angle. Current situation people are parallel parking their boat trailers which makes it inconvenient. With that said, I was camping there when I was a teenager and now I'm 54.
