Yellow Creek Campground — Reviews

Older, somewhat in need of maintenance, but a nice riverside location with plenty of shade. We appreciated having a place to stay while working our way home from a very long roadtrip.

Great location for what we wanted to see and do. Lousy wifi. Tight and unlevel spot for our motorhome. Located next to busy highway, heard airbrakes most of the night. Rude campers that talked loud outside their campers until 12:30/1:00 am.

The campground was quiet for relaxation yet provided activities for entertainment. We enjoyed the DJ/karaoke night while relaxing around the fire at our campsite. The BBQ food truck was a bonus for the weekend. We look forward to visiting again.

It was a quiet low key campground which we liked. There were a lot of potholes and speed bumps that were kind of annoying for bike riding with kids trailers hooked up. I also didn’t realize it was opening day of trout so there was a bunch of men drinking beer in front of our camper at 7am so that was kind of weird 😂 The dump station is in a really awkward place and hard to turn our camper around to get to it. The staff was very nice and friendly! Overall we had a good time but there isn’t much to do in the area.
