Deer River Campsite is dedicated to making your stay very comfortable, while you take in the scenery of their extraordinary area. Choose from their wooded, well-spaced sites, with both pull-thru and double slide-out site convenience, or one of five Camping Cabins. THEY DO NOT OFFER TENT SITES. They are proud of their super-clean restrooms, laundry, playground, free and paid Wi-Fi options, and camp store. Campers can also rent rowboats, canoes and kayaks. Come experience the kind of camping vacation you'll love, all on the shore of a two and a half mile long, pristine lake.

Tent camping is not permitted on any RV site. All of our RV and trailer sites are level wooded sites that are well spaced with easy access to amenities. Most are part sun/part shade sites. There is ample room for your slideouts, dining canopy, campfire gathering and more! One camping unit per site is allowed; most sites have room for a tow vehicle plus one vehicle.

Our camping cabins are uniquely designed to provide comfort with a rustic feel, yet with practical amenities. Our small cabins are 12' X 16' with 4" front porches complete with Adirondack chairs and side tables. Extended from the porch is a dining canopy with a picnic table. Each cabin is equipped with a double bed, table and chairs, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dorm fridge and TV. A ladder-type stairway leads to the loft with 2 twin mattresses. Each cabin has a cold-water half bathroom and air conditioning (new 2021). Our cabins are located within the campground in private wooded settings, yet near to the main bathrooms and showers. We ask our guests to bring all bedding, grilling and dining supplies. There is a charcoal grill and fire ring at each site.
