Green Valley RV Park — Reviews

Easy to back into, all gravel, wide sites. Spacious paved road means no pressure or hassle when backing into your site. This campground is perfect for large or small rigs and trailers. Well maintained campground at a great value.

This is a perfect campground to use as a home base to see all the aviation history Dayton has to offer. The sites are large and yes you are near a road with some noise but it’s not that bad. A bonus is that you are less than 10 minutes to Bucc-ee’s.

The park, to our surprise was very accommodating! It was in new conditioning. I like the fact the the base of the park was rock, which felt a lot cleaner. The location was easy and the price was very modest. We were in the middle of o cross country ride when we stopped there. Prior to our arrival, we paid significantly more, especially in the Lake Tahoe area, for much less in quality and service. Thanks for opportunity to shelter with you!

Clean campground. Wide lots. Easy in and out.

I was expecting a Paul site. All sites seem like they could be pulling in, however they are set up for back in. They need to organize a site or provide upfront information as to how to go about entering and setting up.

Everything worked, easy to get in and out Staff was very helpful and friendly! Stayed one night, clean and quiet. Thanks you!

Level, gravel, affordable, clean, close to stores and restaurants.

Very spacious sites and nicely kept.It is a very nice place to stay for a stop. If you’re looking for things to do at the campground this is not the place. A little noisy from the traffic.

Park was very clean. Each lot was spaciuos. Fellow rvers were kind and rigs all new. The pet park was large and shady. We had lot 23. Which has a large caved in part of road directly in front of lot 23 so it was tricky to back in and not hurt the rv wheels. But it was not impossible. But be extremely cautious . We will definitely stay here again. Just nota in lot 23. 🤪

Great RV site!

No bathrooms or laundry as advertised. Right next to loud road.

Great campground and very clean.

Services advertised were not available. No showers, no toilets, no club house or store. This is late April of 2026 and no sign of construction either. The site was clean and relatively new with level pad, water, electric and sewer hookups. Water faucet is below ground about 18 inches, a reach on your knees in gravel. Busy road noise up to 10-11 PM and started again about 4-5 AM.

We stayed in site #3. It was level and clean. However, it was located very near a busy main street with heavy traffic noise. We sleep with a fan for white noise, and had our rig closed up running our air conditioning, so we slept fine. However, if windows were open through the night, the traffic noise may have been a problem. We would probably stay again if in the area. It seems to be one of the best in the area for an overnight stay, as well as a visit to Dayton.

Very nice well-organized sites, kept up. campgrounds. Close to all of area, a party store close or any needs. Great for RV. Would stop again if in area.
