First time at Toqua Campground. Checkin was as easy as possible. You get a call the day before and get your Gate Code. That‘s it. In the evening staff came by and we signed the papers. We stayed at the new section, called The Cove. All new, great spots direct at the water. Concrete pad was clean and level. We had a nice picknick table and a fireplace. It‘s so quiet there, we will for sure come back.

We have been staying at this campground for the past three years. It is our absolute favorite place to stay. We stay here several times a year. The views are beautiful, Pepper in the office is super sweet and helpful and it’s very quiet and peaceful.

Great place quite camping we love site 126 but it does need gravel got sink hole starting and one the sewage hookup is messed up can’t screw fittings into pipes

The Geese that were all over our high priced water site are very bothersome! They not only make an annoying noise early in the morning but pooped everywhere! Our cement pad and geese droppings all over it! Then they were all over the boat ramp that has geese poop everywhere! Get rid of those dirty animals!

Campsite was as advertised. The park is well maintained. The check in process was friendly and prompt. Checking out was flawless. Just leave on time basically, no checking at office or leaving placards on a post.

Office personnel very friendly and helpful. Our on the water spot was just beautiful with a great fireplace located right next to a bath house. Only reason not a 5 star was that one of the bath rooms was closed for repairs leaving only one other one and I had to wait to use the bathroom 3 times. Other than that, this place is awesome!

this is the nicest, cleanest, well kept campground I have ever been to. It's a beautiful setting. Super Friendly People. Every other camper we spoke to said they love Toqua. People outside the campground at different businesses we stopped at were super friendly. We are thinking we will reserve a spot for a month next summer for a longer stay.
