Campground is very aged, we site is true. They were dog poop all over my sight so they move me. The guy with the large dog moved right next to me. Will not stay again.

The first sight they assigned us you couldn’t get a 35’ trailer in, so had to walk down a pretty long way to get to office to get changed site. It’s a one way drive and you can’t get turned to go back up to site, so you have to leave park get turned around and go back up. Our friends almost jackknifed. Their site had dog poop all over and they had to go ask for another site. Not well taken care of at all. Would not stay again!!!

More of a trailer park then a campground. Bathrooms were a little rundown and not super clean. Shower was cold. Owner was very nice and the beach was nice if small.

No one was in the office when we arrived and no signs were posted with instructions on how to contact anyone.Camping spots were poorly marked. The lake area is lined so closely by permanent RV residents you can’t see the shoreline !

We are rookies. We just tripped from Chicago to New York and back, and stayed at six different sites, and this was by far the worst. Pros: nice person checked us in. Game room has pin pong and air hockey. Cons: our site was bad. Last site in a long line of sites with trees on one side, so had to reverse all the way down in order to back in to this very tight spot. Power plug-in was on the right side of the RV. We didn't have a water supply, even though we paid for full electric, water, sewer. Fortunately, the people next to us were very kind and had an extender hose and a V coupler from the hose so we could get water. And we had a long extension cord to get electric which was on the wrong side. The sewer outlet was way far away so we had to pull forward on our way out to dump.

The people were great and if it was a bit warmer it would have been perfect.

We had the tent place. The fire ring was full of trash including used socks and the picnic table was missing. Dirty bathroom. I recommend more attention to cleanliness

What a great time visiting Willow Shores Campground! It was our first time visiting this campground and we had such a wonderful time! Our site was very peaceful, quiet and clean. The ladies in the office were very friendly! We enjoyed walking around the campground and looking at all of the decorations for Halloween and the beautiful lake! It was a bonus that we were there the weekend that the children were trick-or-treating! Had a lot of fun seeing all the original costumes! Have already booked our next stay for Memorial Day weekend 2023 and cannot wait!

Great secluded spot. Quiet and relaxing. Description was spot on for the 2 primitive spots. Can't wait to stay again!

I loved the large camp sites. The campground was clean and quiet. The parks were good for my children. Only downside was the fact that the club house/store on site was closed the majority of the time. Only open for 2 or so hours a day during the week, and not always the hours that were posted.

Was a blast! Can’t wait to go back.

Our stay started out ruff. When we arrived check out went smooth but when we got to our camp site, I was not happy with the amount of trash left in the site. There was a cooler filled with nast, boxes filled with trash, empty 5gal buckets, and dog poop everywere. So not wanting to loose my money, we cleaned the site. Once it was cleaned up we noticed that a few things were not working right, the water spicket was leaking and we had a bee problem, (they were swarming the back of our camper) we talked to the front office, I was suprised they were very understanding, and responsive. They had maintence out to our site right away. They fixed the water spicket, got most of the bees and left us a can of spray. The campground is acully really nice, once we got all the trash out, the site was really large, and there was a nice playground accross the street that my kids really liked. The grounds sit on a lake and they have a small but really nice beach for swimming. They have a boardwalk for the people with boats that you can fish off of, and the kids really liked that. It ended up to be a really nice stay, the kids really enjoyed themselfs and so did we. We will be back.
