still poor WIFI

Ok park in the beautiful Hudson River Valley. Water pressure in the bathhouse on the hill was so low we couldn’t use them. Several washers in the laundry area smelled of mildew.

Staff was great in helping find my wifes pocketbook.

Wonderful environment, clean, quiet (in October), kind staff, and a beautiful area to be in.

Had a fun time with my loved ones. Beautiful camping resort with plenty of activities for the family to enjoy. Will definitely come back again!

I was at the pool and just wanted to sit down and relax, so I went over to this chair that had a toy on it, and I moved the toy to sit on it and this woman came over and started screaming and yelling at me that the chair was saved. Not just one chair, 12 chairs, one table and six chairs might've been around it and she was complaining that somebody had already taken two chairs from the table and the lifeguard said this is what they do. I'm not sure. I quite understand how these people can save all these chairs and other people just have to stand around and wait for a chair to be vacant. I think that needs to be looked into. Otherwise, my state what there was very well.

The stay is good.. place is clean and secure, good activities for children, no golf cart available even for a day or two, fish pond was not maintained...and the wifi is bad😔

Overall we had a pleasant stay but the water park never opened during the 3 hot days we were at the park in late June - our kids were quite disappointed and we could never get a clear explanation from the staff. It's also imperative you arrive for scheduled activities early. We arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for the "Hey Hey Hey Rides" and never made it on the wagon. Same with the ice cream shop which is advertised to close at 9pm, but we learned the hard way "the line" closes closer to 8:30pm.

The water was brown Neighbors were not considerate - couple was Yelling at each other, the were slamming their door literally every 2 -5 minutes, music on other side 3 spots down music too loud and loud people. We only had a fire one night due to the lack in consideration. It appears to just be a party place for the adults. Park does not seem to enforce rules. Fire pit was up against the driveway, not in a very good spot. Regulars left their easy ups up so if it got extremely there’s a good possibility they would hit our camper. The neighbors on the opposite side of the door slammers left their dogs inside while away and the barked and howled the whole time which is another reason we did not have a fire. It was the worst park we have ever been to, would never go there again.

I always love camping here. My only concern is that the park could use some maintenance. Pickle ball courts are always full of water, huge crack running thru the basketball and tennis courts. Sites could be a but more maintained, maybe plant some new grass in places and trim up some other areas to make it feel the high price we pay to stay here. The roads have some serious pot holes and a lot of loose rocks. Just needs to be brought back to the life. Some paint in places, you know, a good sprucing up. Drainage in the whole park is an issue when it rains.

Staff was extra friendly. Especially Angel. It was cold but didn’t rain. Not much to do but the kids made their own fun.

September 15, 2025. Upon check at 3: 00 PM in we had to wait an additional 30 minutes before anyone showed up to unlock the office to check us in. There was no apology for making us wait. Went to use the restrooms near the Craft Bldg and it was unclean and the water that came out of the faucet was rusty in color. Would not recommend .

Clean , well staffed. ,friendly service. Park was well maintained

Our site was not checked before we arrived. I walked around and picked up garbage. Also the grass was very high. The amenities were nice but separate from the cost of your site. What was most annoying were the golf carts and electric scooters and bikes.
