We are sorry to hear that your cabin had ants during you past stay. After your stay, our cleaning staff went it and removed the ant problem from your cabin. Most things were up and running. Lazy river down last 2 weeks. No peddle karts, no kayaks, still no RC track despite being on the map. Hours on the app sometimes did not match reality. Grass on our site was not trimmed the whole month we were there until the day we were leaving. Place was very busy and we noticed many people without wristbands even in the pool area. Seemed very crowded on Saturday. Tiki bar just started refusing to take orders.
