I was charged extra for services that aren't offered. They refused to help with a solution when I asked to be referred to management I was given the number for someone who's on vacation and doesn accept messages. The direction to the campground are wrong. The staff and moody and the facilities are not well kept.

The campground was very scenic, but there was an incredible mosquito plague and walking was almost impossible. There was no free Wi - Fi and Starlink didn't work because of the dense trees. It was tight for a long trailer and the ground was uneven. All in all not a nice place, at least not for us

The primary issue was the showers being locked overnight and not open until 8:30am , so unacceptable. There was no notice of these hours and we were travelling leaving by 8 am. We really wanted to shower. This was one of the most expensive campgrounds in our 40 day trip and I thought it would be a step up- it wasn’t, dated bathrooms, our pad was slanted on a hill, wet marshy conditions with tonnes of mosquitoes. Very disappointed.

The first night our neighbors were very loud and no one came around to say anything. When we complained the next day we were told if it happened again to go to the front and let them know. Someone should be monitoring this as I had to work the next morning and got very little sleep.
